Carol Kramer, 66, of Baldwin, passed away on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. It was Carol’s wish to be cremated. A celebration of life gathering will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 25 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud.
