Filing for the April 4 consolidated election opened on Monday, Dec. 12 and closed this week on Monday, Dec. 19.
In Red Bud, it looks like there will be a race for the mayor position, but the rest of the spots on the ballot appear to be uncontested.
Facing off for the mayor’s position is Susan L. Harbaugh, the current mayor, and Daniel R. Brotz, a former Red Bud police chief.
