Barbara Ann Deckard, 81, of Fairview Heights, passed away Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, in Chester. The visitation is from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21 at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home in Belleville. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21 at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home with Deacon Corby Valentine officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Belleville.
