Baldwin’s village clerk arrested for theft

Tracie E. Behiter, the village clerk for Baldwin, was arrested by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Feb. 13 for theft.

As of the afternoon of Feb. 14, the investigation in the case was ongoing and not much information was available. However, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s report and a search on Judici, Behiter had been arrested for theft of $10K-100K from a school, place of worship or government, which is a Class 1 felony.
