Alexander J. Mitan, Sr., 87, of Valmeyer, passed away Feb. 22, 2021, in Columbia. The visitation was Thursday, Feb. 25 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service was held Friday, Feb. 26 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Father Felix Chukwuma officiating. Burial was at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery in Waterloo.
