On March 5, Hunter Hooten was awarded his Eagle Scout Award.
Hooten is a member of Troop 338 of Prairie du Rocher.
His Eagle Scout project was to design and build at gaga ball pit at Prairie du Rocher School. He also designed the metal sign on the gaga ball pit. He finished building the project on March 2.
He felt it was a way of giving back to the school with a game he enjoys playing. The gaga ball pit is located on the school playground,next to the ballfields.
