Red Bud High School senior Luke Quintin scored his 1,000th career point on Feb. 10 in a victory over Marissa.
Luke totalled 13 points on the varsity team as a sophomore. As a starter his junior year, he accumulated 486 points. He currently stands at 523 points his senior year, surpassing 1000 points.
Luke was recognized and presented the game ball at the following home game on Feb. 13 by Coach Dane Walter.
He is the son of Nick and Jackie Quintin.
