Frances J. (Givens) Gardner, 85, of Waterloo, passed away peacefully in her home on Nov. 30, 2025, in Waterloo. The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5 at Quernheim Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo.
