William Edward Loucks, 70, of Ellis Grove, passed away at 11:20 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2026 at his residence. Visitation will be held Sunday, Aug. 9 from12-2 p.m. at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Paul Hahn officiating.
