Roger Cortner, 82, of Waterloo, passed away April 10, 2026, in Freeburg. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 9-10 a.m. on Thursday, April 16 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Hecker. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 16 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Linus Umoren officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
