A well known local pastor passed away on Tuesday, March 3.
Reverend Kenneth A. Knobloch, 90, of Maeystown, was ordained in 1964 and served in a few churches over the years. Notably, he was pastor at St. Peter United Church of Christ in Red Bud from 1971 to 2000.
Visitation for Knobloch will be on Friday, March 13 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and then on Saturday, March 14 at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Waterloo. The funeral service will follow visitation on Saturday with Rev. Kyle Timmons and Pastor Patrick Pool officiating.
