Stroh has taken over local Country Financial office

Steven Stroh and Jackie Aubuchon

Having grown up in Red Bud, Steven Stroh is happy to return to town as a Country Financial representative.

On March 1, he officially took over the office at 924 West Market Street, formally served by Jim Walker.

“It’s an exciting adventure and a unique opportunity to take over something so well built and has been so well maintained,” Stroh commented. He added that Walker had over 20 years of experience, and the previous representative at that office, Bob Niermann, also had over 20 years experience. “I have some big shoes to fill between Bob and Jim.”

Stroh notes that he grew up in Red Bud and attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School. In his high school years, his family moved to Waterloo, and he was a 2009 graduate of Waterloo High School. He then went on to study at Lindenwood University. He is proud to note that he’s stayed local.

For the past four to five years, Stroh has been working in financial and life insurance. He has been a stock broker with Commerce Trust and was previously an advisor with Northwest Mutual in Chesterfield.
