A brief special meeting was held by the Red Bud Board of Education on the morning of Friday, Aug. 7.
There were only two items on the agenda, both dealing with hiring staff.
Hired were Morgan Mueth as a third grade teacher and Christine Blanquart as a part time nurse as needed.
