The public is invited to attend the annual Platinum Chef Team Challenge. The competition will be held in the Red Bud High School gymnasium on March 21.
Five teams will compete in the Twelfth Annual Platinum Chef Team Challenge for high school students. The goal of the challenge is to encourage excellence in the area of culinary arts.
The following high schools will be participating in this year’s challenge: Chester, Columbia, Marissa, Red Bud and Waterloo.
The public is invited to watch the team challenge competition, which begins at 9 a.m. and runs through 1:30 p.m. Awards will be presented after the competition.
