Several personnel changes were approved at the June 20 Red Bud School Board meeting.
The board approved the resignations of three teachers: high school English teacher Kristin Bass, high school math teacher Tiffany Stellhorn and elementary STEM teacher Stephanie Lerch.
Also approved was the resignation of Dustin Nail as the school district’s curriculum director.
Superintendent Jonathan Tallman noted that Nail is moving on to be the school superintendent in Damiansville. He also reported that for the following school year, the Red Bud School District will not be filling the curriculum director position.
The elementary administrator contracts were approved. Tallman stated that the board had previously renewed Elementary Principal Ryan McClellan’s contract for another year when they renewed High School Principal Rob Pipher’s for a year, but this would make McClellan’s contract for thee years. A one year contract was approved for Elementary Assistant Principal Barry Wittler.
