Marcella C. (Meister) Besher, 87, of Ruma, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Red Bud Regional Care Center in Red Bud. The visitation will be held from 8:30-11 a.m. on Friday, July 26 at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud. The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 26 at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home with Pastor Cory Hartz officiating. Burial will be at the St. Marcus Cemetery in Red Bud.
