Improvements being made at the Red Bud Sports Complex

IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY–Jeremy Simpson is pictured working on one of the new playground areas by the Lion’s Club Pavilion at the Red Bud Sports Complex.

While it may not be time yet for games to get underway, there has still been a lot of activity out at the Red Bud Sports Complex lately.
On behalf of the Red Bud Athletic Association (RBAA), Eli Aubuchon commented on some of the projects currently underway.
Last year, the RBAA acquired the playground equipment that Red Bud Elementary School was replacing.
This playground equipment will soon be set up in two new playgrounds that are being added at the sports complex, one by ball diamond 1 and the other by the Lion’s pavilion.
This will bring a total of four playgrounds for children to play on at the sports complex. (There are currently playgrounds by ball diamonds 2 and 3).
The RBAA is currently looking for individuals, organizations or businesses to sponsor benches for each of the four playgrounds. They would like to install at least one bench per playground. If anyone is interested, they should contact an RBAA board member for additional information.
