Tuesday, Nov. 6 is election day and there are some very important local races that will be decided that day.
In Randolph County, there are several big races to be decided. For county clerk, as current Clerk Pat Laramore is retiring, both Melanie Johnson and Bobby Klausing are vying for the spot. For treasurer, Deborah Hoelscher is challenging incumbent Justin Jeffers. For sheriff, current Sheriff Shannon Wolff is facing William Gibson. And current Assessor Wayne Voss is challenging Commissioner Marc Kiehna for the commissioner’s spot.
The only candidate with no opposition is Doug Sachtleben, who is running for assessor.
